Activity records rotation edits and the people or integrations responsible. Use it to investigate changes to settings, membership, channels and schedules.
You need: access to the rotation. Workspace activity requires Pro and an Admin or Owner role.
Read a rotation’s activity
Section titled “Read a rotation’s activity”- Open the rotation and select Activity.
- Use Any change to choose a category or specific change types. Search inside the picker to find a type.
- Use All time to select a date range.
- Select Load more for older matching entries.
Entries are grouped by day, newest first. A row names the change and its actor when that identity is available. Additional details can show the values, people or channels affected.
Assignment changes, cover and swap requests, and their decisions appear in the rotation’s Changes tab. Activity retains other duty activity, including manual handovers and duty clearing. See Review duty changes for the Changes feed and recorded service in History.
Read workspace activity
Section titled “Read workspace activity”- Open Settings → Workspace activity.
- Choose change types and a date range.
- Use All rotations to select rotations, or Anyone to select the recorded actor.
- Select Clear filters to reset the feed, or Load more to continue through matching entries.

Workspace activity includes rotation and workspace records. A rotation link opens the related rotation; duty-change links open its Changes tab. Workspace identifies changes to the workspace itself.
The rotation filter lists rotations with recorded activity, including deleted rotations marked Deleted. Selecting a rotation excludes workspace-level records. Filters apply across the matching record set, including later pages.
Find the right record
