Authentication

ApiKey

A team API key. Scopes are fixed at creation (read:oncall, write:duty, write:rotation, manage:webhook), as is the set of rotations the key may reach. manage:webhook covers the whole webhook endpoint surface, reads included, and only a workspace admin can create a key that holds it.
